About the Role

This is a freelance role where you’ll help generate qualified leads for Australian startup clients. You’ll be responsible for executing campaigns, setting up lead systems, and providing structured weekly reporting. All strategy and client communication is managed by Steven (Founder), so you can focus fully on performance.

  • Pay: R1,000)
  • Time Commitment: 3–8 hours per week per client
  • Engagements: 2–3 months per client
  • Location: Remote (Brazil-based only)
  • Language: Professional English (written + verbal)

What You’ll Do

Your tasks may vary by project, but typically include:

  • Setting up or improving landing pages, forms, CRMs, and automations
  • Running outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, or DMs
  • Writing and testing outreach copy and lead capture funnels
  • Managing ad campaigns (optional, based on skills)
  • Tracking leads accurately and updating reports weekly
  • Collaborating with Steven for adjustments and and strategy alignment

All systems and deliverables are scoped clearly in advance. You’ll be supported with checklists, templates, and structured reporting formats.

How We Measure Success

Your performance will be evaluated based on:

  • Number of Qualified Leads Generated — Weekly and total targets
  • Lead Quality — Relevance, fit, and potential based on client feedback
  • Cost per Lead — How efficiently leads are delivered relative to budget

We value consistency, accountability, and smart execution over hustle or long hours.

Preferred Experience

You don’t need formal degrees or agency backgrounds — just results, professionalism, and initiative. That said, we prefer candidates with:

  • Experience in digital marketing or outbound lead generation
  • Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Use of tools like Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, Zapier, Carrd, Canva, Meta Ads
  • Ability to write clear English (especially outreach or landing page copy)
  • Confidence using performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel)
  • Previous work with international clients (especially AU, US, UK)
